Converted from an old Calvados Still building where the Farmer used a large copper still over an open fire to distil his home made cider to make calvados (apple brandy), and set to one side of the property.
This is a secluded, spacious and detached cottage on two floors.

There are 3 bedrooms, 1 of which is on ground floor with 2 ensuite shower rooms - one of which is a bathroom & a separate shower room.

It has its own garden with gas barbecue, garden furniture and children’s swings. Detached and separate enough to be private if you want to be, the Calvados Still, is nevertheless close enough to the Farmhouse and the Barn Cottage to enable you to arrange weddings, intimate family reunions, conferences or teaching groups.

Kitchen - Fully-fitted with a full size gas cooker with extra wide hob, microwave, fridge, automatic washing machine, dishwasher and cooking utensils
Sitting Room - Spacious, airy and comfortable with soft furnishings, double sofa bed. Satellite TV, CD, tape and radio music centre.
Master Bedroom - King-size double bed, room for an extra single or bunk beds, wardrobe. Patio doors to outside.
Bathroom One - En-suite with the master bedroom. Bath with shower, W.C. and washbasin.
Bathroom Two - Shower and washbasin, separate WC.
Dining Room - Dining table, chairs and sandstone open fire.

UPSTAIRS
Bedroom Two - Double bed and single bed. Dressing table, chest of drawers, wardrobe outside on landing.
Bathroom Three - En-suite with bedroom 2, shower, WC, washbasin, Designed to be used exclusively by bedroom 2 or shared with bedroom 3.
Bedroom Three - Double bed, room for extra single, hanging wardrobe.

Wide, safe, sandy beaches are just 40 minutes drive, and whether you choose chic Deauville, neighbouring Trouville, Cabourg or Ouistreham each with stuff for kids to do on the beach, all are closely monitored and supervised for water quality and have trained lifeguards.
