2nd house: 1st floor composed of a double bed 160cm with dressing room, WC with bidet, bathroom with bath and shower. 2nd floor consists of a bedroom with 2 twin beds of 90cm with closet.
Ground floor common to both houses has a fully equipped kitchen open to the lounge. TV. Flat screen TV and DVD player. Fireplace and closets. WC with hand. Large dining area with table for 10 people. Billiards US Open table and a second living area. Bay windows, walk-in garden.
The enclosed garden of 550 m2 enjoys panoramic views of the Gulf of Morbihan.
