The living room/dining room is open plan and spacious. There is also private parking in front of the house.

The view is stunning from the large bay window facing the sea and the fact that the house is almost on the beach you can observe the change of lights on the sea at any time which is very relaxing. Outside the property benefits from a large south facing terrace with sea view and an adjoining Mediterranean garden.
