THE KITCHEN
The large and welcoming kitchen opens directly onto the terrace, courtyard and dining room, making it particularly convenient when catering for a large group.
Facilities include two refrigerators, gas hob, oven, microwave, percolator, Nespresso coffee machine and food processors, together with the equipment required for preparing family meals.
An adjoining scullery provides additional storage and includes a washing machine and second refrigerator.
THE GRAND SALON
With its impressive proportions, high ceilings, antique fireplace and large windows overlooking the park, the Grand Salon captures the elegance of 18th-century château living.
Comfortable armchairs and the naturally cool atmosphere created by the château's thick walls make this an inviting room for reading, conversation and relaxing together.
Adjoining rooms connect the salon with the vestibule and dining areas.
TWO DINING ROOMS
The château provides two separate dining areas.
The main dining room accommodates up to 15 guests and opens directly onto the terrace.
A second, more intimate dining room adjoining the kitchen comfortably seats 6–8 guests.
Both are conveniently positioned on the ground floor and provide cool and comfortable places to dine during the hottest summer days.
LIBRARY & OFFICE
For guests who need to work during their stay, the first floor includes both a library and separate office.

LOCAL AREA – GARD, UZÈS & THE CÉVENNES
Château de la Condamine is situated in Saint-Hippolyte-de-Caton, a small rural village in the Gard surrounded by vineyards, olive trees, fields and oak woodland. The local countryside is particularly suited to walking and exploring on foot.
Alès is approximately 13 km away and provides the nearest major town, with shops, restaurants and rail connections.
Around 20 km from the château, Uzès is one of the highlights of the Gard. This beautifully preserved historic town is renowned for its old streets and squares, the Duchy of Uzès and its famous market on the Place aux Herbes. The market takes place on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
The château is also well positioned for exploring the Cévennes, where visitors can enjoy walking, cycling, river swimming, canoeing and other outdoor pursuits. Attractions in the wider area include Anduze, the Cévennes Steam Train, La Bambouseraie and the region's caves and historic villages.
