- Bedroom: large bed (160x190), wall-woodwork including: wardrobes, 2 closets, shelf, chest of drawers. 2 pairs of double-curtains. 
-Bathroom: bath + shower over 
- Balcony North-West.
- WC: washing machine and small washbasin. - 
ski room (direct access to the slopes, lifts, ski school).

The property is in the heart of the resort (foot of the slopes, direct access to the mall), on La Croisette, which  is the heart of the resort, where are shops. Course start points, tele-seats, and ski school are all 100 metres away. This apartment is specially convenient as you can find all you need close by. On one side : food, bread, dress, sport dress, hair dresser, chemist, doctors and so on. On the other side, Fitness Center, with swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, body cares, terrasse for sun. There is free parking nearby. Guests can park the car right at the foot of the lift - which overlooks the road. It is 50 metres from the bus station and opposite the fitness centre. 

There is a lot of plays for children :

- trampolines
- tyrolienne
- climbing at the place called "Plan de l'eau",where you can go with the lifts. Children are looked for..
- luge on rail
- tennis
- VTT
- riding on monkeys...

There are wonderful walks, as "Chez Pépé Nicolas", which is a paradise for children : animals like monkeys, lambs, cows, chicken, etc. and for both parents  and children : delicious cooking for lunch or tea, that you can eat on a natural meadow terrace viewing the whole landscape...
Notice that this summer, the famous "Tour de France" by cycle will cross Les Ménuires on the 21st of July ! For that special show, there will be many activities and fun for children and their parents!
