Throughout the year we can arrange tailor-made Wellbeing courses to suit individual interests and abilities. Cooking, yoga-stretching exercises, cycling and art are among the possibilities, each with a personal itinerary and expert guidance to guarantee a memorable experience!

Cookery is like love, it should be entered into with abandon, or not at all! Learn about our ‘Slow Food’ philosophy. All cooking courses are specially designed according to our guests’ life style, using well tested and loved Moulin de Larcy recipes. Cooking is food to the soul if done with love!

FLY FISHING:
The art of fly fishing is a wonderful meditation in elegant harmony with flow and movement.

Learn the fundamentals of tying the flies to the line and various lines to use in certain conditions.

Beginners often tend to look on fly casting as some sort of secret, hidden art – but it’s not like that at all. The basic cast is easy to learn in just an hour or two.
