The house is in the centre of a quiet village, next to the church, and with only the occasional rumble of an agricultural vehicle to interrupt the calm. It is however only a few minutes away from the next village that has shops, bar and restaurant.
It is an ideal location for sightseeing, the Cervennes National Park, the Pont du Gard and the Mediterranean all being within abou an hour's drive.

The living accommodation is on the first and second floors. Wide stone steps lead from the courtyard to the covered porch area and front door. This opens into the large living room that has a very French feel painted beams, exposed stonework, tiled floor and. wood burning stove . This room opens out to a lovely terrace with a grapevine, ideal for al fresco dining.

The large kitchen is well equipped, with modern fittings and a large dining table. Again this is a most attractive room, decorated in provencal style. The bathroom has a new shower and plumbed-in washing machine.

Upstairs there are two good-sized bedrooms with beamed ceilings, (both have plenty of storage space). One has double bed and, the other two singles. There is also a large attic with table tennis and a further bedroom area if required with a folding bed.

The attic opens out onto a large rooftop solarium where you can sunbathe in total privacy

There are cellars on the ground floor, one of which is equipped with a full size slate-bed pool table, the other currently being converted into a sea-water plunge pool.
