This superb 3 bedroom apartment is situated in a luxury building of 4 floors and is South West facing with all of the windows opening up onto the large terrace. Set in a very quiet area overlooking the sea, Cap d`Antibes and the mountains.

It comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests and the apartment consists of a wonderfully lit, south facing living area with two sofas, a large iron coffee table, a wooden table and chairs , a top of the range flat screen television with DVD player and a stereo system.

There is a well equipped kitchen that includes an oven, ceramic hob, Miele fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and iron along with tools stools and a breakfast bar.
The apartment boasts 2 spacious double bedrooms complete with double beds, bedside tables and lamps. Bedroom 1 has two windows that overlook a side veranda with the second bedroom having a large bay window that overlooks the terrace. There is 1 large bathroom with a stone bath, walk in shower and toilet, there is also a separate toilet.

Make your way outside onto the spacious terrace with moblier wooded garden and enjoy the magnificent views whilst sunbathing or just relax with family and friends. Overlooking a large lawn area, there is plenty of garden furniture along with a summer kitchen consisting of a gas fire wok, deep fryer and fridge Top - ideal for al fresco meals. We also have a table tennis table that you are welcome to enjoy during your stay.
The shared pool is approximately 12 m x 8 m which our guests and other residents in the apartment block are welcome to use.

The apartment is situated just 200m from the Botanical garden of the city of Nice which is equipped with plenty of children's games such as slide and rides. Approximately 250m in the same direction our guests can visit the small shopping centre with a small grocery store, a pizzeria (with home delivery), a bakery and tearoom, a beauty salon, a florist, a tobacco shop, library, a hairdresser, a physiotherapy centre, and a pharmacy.

The nearest bus stop is located just 100 m from the apartment where there is regular shuttles up and down the hill, to the Promenade des Anglais and all of the fantastic beaches of the Baie des Anges (Bay of NICE). Take the shuttle downtown to visit the old town of Nice where our guests can enjoy the local restaurants and the Cours Saleya flower markets.
