Studio for 4 persons at the foot of the slopes.
In a residential chalet, on the second floor without elevator, a charming studio with a living room for 4 people. This room is divided in two parts by a sliding door (see pictures).


The studio contains.
-an entrance with a cloth hanger and build in wardrobe.
-A kitchen with fridge, 4 electric cooking plates, an oven, a kettle,
a toaster, a coffee machine, dishes.


-Living room with a french door aopening to the balcony and with superb views of the Mont Blanc, a sofa-bed for 2 persons and a "lit gigogne".
-Equipment: vacuum cleaner, ski locker (downstairs), bathroom with
shower-bath, toilet.


Location:Studio for 4 persons at the foot of the slopes. the Les Tavaillons building where the studio is located can be found at the foot of the
slopes of Bettex, in a place called "Pierre Plate".


Thes Access by ski lift to the ski runs of Monts-rosset is at 40 meters from the building or by the ski lift of Pierre-Plate 100 meters higher.
You can buy your ski pass at the skilift of Monts-Rosset. These ski runs give Access to the Domaine de Saint Gervais and the Domaine
Evasión. The residence is situated at 7 km. from Saint Gervais and 11 km from the Thermes and the railway station. The access to the village of Saint Gervais-Les-Bains is by cabins and during
their opening hours. A food store is available at Bettex and can be reached without a car.

Cheques vacances are acceptes.
Surety 200 €. The excile-duty is 0,40 € per person older tan 13 years and per night. Clean up costs (obligatory) 60 €. 25% at reservation and the rest 1 month before arrival.
