Located on Porquerolles Island in the Var, recently built villa, surrounded by open countryside, set in a large garden, specially calm, with spacious terraces, 400 m (1,300 ft) from the village and 1.5km (about one mile) from the beaches. Beautiful views, not far from woods, beaches and cliffs, wonderfull opportunities for strolls and bike rides around the island.
The house, made up of two separate ground level apartments (accommodating eight and four guests respectively), can be occupied in its entirety or separately: the two communicating sitting rooms are separated by two soundproof doors. Thus it is possible to rent one of the two apartments or the complete villa if both parts are not already rented.
Cleaning is optional, by yourself or 95 euros for the 1st house and 70€ for the smaller house.

Special Rental Conditions
A contract is necessary to concretize the rental.
The reservation will be definitive when the deposit of 30% of the amount of the hiring will be received.
Nevertheless, cancellation is possible under the terms of the contract.
A summary inventory will be made on arrival and departure.
A deposit of 800 euros (600 euros for the furniture and 200 euros for the housekeeping) will be requested, at the reception and returned at the departure if there is no damage. Otherwise a deduction will be made.
The Tourist tax (required by the town hall) is due at the time of deposit or reception for foreigners (see detailed notice). It is 0.99 euros per day and per person from 18 years (price in force to date). If the stay is canceled, it will be refunded.
