Mont Blanc holiday apartment with terrace and views of Lake Annecy and the mountains beyond. It comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and sleeps 4 people. The property is ideally located in a residential area close to shops.
The apartment is completely new and well positioned less than 5 minutes by car or bicycle. Guests can enjoy the beaches set around the lake, ideal for a relaxing or swimming, as well as plenty of small restaurants around.

The apartment has a main room, two separate bedrooms including a master bedroom with a bathroom with hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet and a separate bathroom with another dryer hair dryer and washing machine.

There is a comfortable double bed 160x200 cm in each of the two bedrooms and a cot can be provided on request (10 euros per day).

Flat screen TV in the lounge with satellite channels and a master bedroom.

Terrace with its magnificent view between the lake and mountain to make barbecues in peace.

Free wifi access throughout the apartment.

Two parking spaces are at your disposal (covered and uncovered) in addition to a closed bicycle storage and a cellar.
