From September to April, actual costs for gas (central heating) will be charged in addition to the rent. Telephone and internet access are also charged separately: telephone for actual usage, internet access 25 euros per week.
For confirmation of bookings, a down payment of 30% is required.
A security deposit of EUR 1.000 is required prior to taking possession of the property. This deposit is refundable when the house has been inspected and everything found to be in order after departure.
