Holiday Villa in Sainte Maxime with Private Pool and Sea Views
The villa is well situated near the most beautiful beach of Sainte Maxime (400m). and enjoys easy access to the shops. The property has its own private pool and landscaped garden. the area is wonderfully quiet.
The villa comprises 3 bedrooms (2 on the ground floor with their two shower rooms), a fully equipped kitchen, large living room.
The First floor master suite features a full bathroom (shower, bath, health) and two private terraces.
Sainte Maxime is a medium sized city but alive throughout the year. It is very well located and served by public transport. In summer, the ideal is to park your car and you can do everything on foot or by boat shuttles linking Saint Tropez. The old town has many narrow streets in the south of France. There is a covered market in the heart of the old town. Friday morning during the summer an antique fair near the sea still alive Sainte Maxime. Two days a week, a traditional market allows to wander and discover the local products.
Golf Sainte-Maxime offers one of the best views of St Tropez bay turning a wonderful walk in the scrub with scents of Provence. Between sea, scrubland and forest of oak trees, the course rather technical deploys its 18 holes on 65 hectares hilly dominating the French Riviera and the Var hinterland.
