This exceptional Holiday apartment is situated within the small residence Les Terrasses de St Honorat. The apartment is located on the Top floor of 4, and provides a spacious and comfortable property with a villa like feel! The apartment boasts a large terrace and garden that faces the sea with stunning views.


The apartment is made up of one large living area that opens up onto the terrace, two bedrooms with double beds that also open onto the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and private parking in the secure garage.
In the living area you find a television, DVD player, video library, stereo and a selection of books. The dining area consists of a dining table with seating for up to 6 people.


One of the two bedrooms has an ensuite shower room with shower enclosure and in the main bathroom you will find a bath tub. Outside the apartment you can enjoy the large terrace and garden. There is a shared communal swimming pool that guest are welcome to use. Please note the pool is only open from May to September.


With the Esterel Mountains to one side, the apartment offers direct access to one on the mountains footpaths, ideal for a hiking trip. The other side of the apartment enjoys the sea mountainside where you can enjoy magnificent panoramic views over the bay of Cannes and the Iles de Leirens.


With easy access from the A8 motorway, there are a number of cultural, sporting and recreational activities available. These include cinema, restaurants, casino, shopping, theatre, hiking, fishing, sailing, , diving, and golf. The airport in Nice is just 30 minutes away using a connecting taxi, train or bus to Theoule.
