This wonderful, stylish Condo boasts a beautiful terrace, secure parking, home cinema and enjoys fantastic sea views with the beach just across the street. It is perfectly located with the grocery store, train station and a number of other great beaches just a few minutes walk away.

Sleeping up to 4 guests, inside the apartment you will find two bedrooms, one with a queen size double bed that opens up onto the large west facing private terrace and the second bedroom has a single bed with a pull out bed underneath.

Renovated back in 2011, the apartment is set on the 2nd floor of an original 3 story building. It has been tastefully decorate throughout with a selection of designer French and Italian furniture. Guests will enjoy full air conditioning and high speed Wifi internet access throughout the apartment. In addition, there is a large HD television screen with multi-language satellite channels, a lap top and a blu ray home cinema system.

The kitchen area is fully equipped with a 4 Ring stove, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and blender. In the living area you will find a small yet stylish table with seating for 4, a sofa and two chairs with a small designer table.

Outside the apartment is the large terrrace with granite table and chairs. West facing means that from the terrace you can enjoy the magnificent views across the Mediterranean. Outdoor parking is also available

Ideally situated the apartment is just a short walk away from everything you should need during your stay, from the Villefranche or Beaulieu beaches to the fantastic restaurants, shops, grocery stores, bars and local attractions. The train station at Beaulieu-sur-mer is great for taking a trip towards Cannes or even Italy. Next to the Beaulieu-sur-Mer and Villefranche-sur-Mer on a peninsula is the Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. Located approximately 10 km from Nice and Monaco Saint Jean Cap Ferrat, has become very popular with visitors worldwide as it offers a charming, delightful and well preserved area of around 282 hectares.
