This comfortable and spacious holiday home is situated in a pleasant neighbourhood with a selection of shops nearby, a luxurious apartment that has been tastefully decorated and furnished throughout.

Sleeping up to 7 guests inside the apartment you will find a master bedroom with large king size bed and en-suite bathroom and 2 additional bedrooms with twin beds and a shared bathroom. An additional children’s bed can be added on request. The master bedroom opens up onto the large main balcony. A west facing second balcony serves the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, 4 ring stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, coffee maker, and dishwasher.

The spacious living / dining area which also opens up onto the main balcony has a table and seating for 6 people, a Television with satellite/cable, DVD player, stereo system and sofa and comfy seating.

There is a high speed wireless internet access throughout the apartment with free international telephone calls. Fully air conditioned throughout there is also electric shutters on all of the windows.

Outside, there are the balconies which boast fantastic views across the mountains behind Cannes and the views over Jardin St Nicolas. There is a shared dual basin swimming pool which can be accessed by the ground floor apartments. The pool area is fully equipped with chairs and loungers. An underground enclosed parking garage is also included.

A car is not necessary during your stay as the apartment is ideally situated just a 10 minute walk from the beach on the Croisette and the Palais du Festival / Congress which makes it the perfect location for business and a holiday.
The rue D'Antibes shopping district is just a 10 minute walk from the apartment with the elegant and world famous Croisette beach just 15 minutes away. There is easy access to all of the Cote D'Azur from St. Tropez to Monaco as well as the mountain villages of the Alp/Maritime district of Provance.
