This provencal villa is situated in Theoule, Le Trayas , with a living surface of 280 m² with a beautiful seaview over the bay and the port of Miramar and has a swimming pool of 10 x 4.

The villa is set on 1 level (1st floor) with an entrance hall with a bar and a door leads behind the bar to the garden area. There is a large living-room with a chimney and a TV, a DVD player and wifi -, equipped with a leather sofa and a dining area (8 persons) . There are terrace doors on to the covered terrace with a BBQ and beautiful view over the bay - Next to it is a modern kitchen with a microwave, small refrigirator, an oven, a dish-washer, electric plates . The ground floor level (- 2 level) is almost an identic apartment as above, with an equipped kitchen( less modern) with a large refregirator, a microwave, an oven, 4 plates and a living-room and a large dining area at the back. Terrace doors give access on a covered terrace above the pool. There is a guest WC and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer and a corridor which leads to 2 bedrooms : One large one with 2 single beds and a 1 person sofa bed, ensuite bathroom with wc and dressing room. Access on a terrace facing the pool. Then the 4th bedroom has 2 single beds and a 1 person sofa bed, and terrace access. The pool has a nice terrace around with sun chairs. Underneath the pool is some garden with fruit trees. The train runs in the valley. The villa is functionnally furnished . Ideal for big families, 6 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from shops.
