This converted farmhouse build in the C19th is set in beautiful rolling countryside surrounded by vineyards and woodland.

The property is suited for all types of traveller, nestled in a hamlet beside the historic medieval Bastide town of Eymet and just 20 minutes drive from the bustling market town and airport of Bergerac. The surroundings offer a fantastic balance both for those wanting to escape and unwind for a few days or for those looking to cram their schedule full of history, culture and activities.

On the ground floor is a modern fully equipped kitchen, a dining room overlooking parkland with access to front terrace with BBQ facilities and a comfy lounge with sofa, easy chairs, log burner Wi-Fi, TV with UK Free Sat channels and a DVD Player.

On the first floor you will find one king sized bedroom with ensuite bathroom, reading room overlooking front parkland, separate shower, handbasin and toilet and a twin bedded room. The third bedroom is on the second floor. Other facilities on site include; Heated outdoor swimming pool with large sun terraces and shady areas. Large lawns suitable for a variety of ball games, an 18 seat cinema, exercise room, pool and table tennis tables, quiet parkland leading to a woodland walk, boules pit.
