Ideally situated in the heart of Cannes, this contemporary, very quiet and newly renovated apartment of 50 m2 is well insulated and boasts spectacular views across the harbour, and the Palais des Festivals Lerins Islands. It is the perfect location for exploring the beaches of Cannes, the congress centre or to just enjoy a relaxing holiday. This typical apartment is very bright and airy and is fully air conditioned throughout.

Although the apartment has just two bedrooms, it will comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. In the first of the two bedrooms you will find a double bed with two single beds in the second bedroom, there is an alcove area which has an additional two single beds along with a new sofa bed in the living area that sleeps two. The recently fitted fully equipped kitchen has everything you should require including a stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, pantry items, and plenty of dishes & utensils. A large table with seating for up to 8 people can be found in the open plan living/dining area. There is also a large sofa and flat screen television with satellite/cable TV. Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the property.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, please note that there is not an elevator which means it may not be suitable for the elderly or people with mobility problems. We welcome long-term renters and children are more than welcome to join you. Pets are also allowed and smoking is permitted throughout the property

You will find yourself in the heart of Cannes with everything on your doorstep, the port, buses, taxis, the Provençal market forville and a selection of great restaurants and shops are just 20 meters away. The lovely beaches and the Palais des Festivals are just 200 metres away. Located in the French Riveria, Cannes is a busy tourist destination and host of the annual Cannes Film Festival and Cannes Lions International Advertising Festival. An area of France famous for its luxury shops, restaurants, and hotels.
