La Grange du Haou is a charming B&B near Pau, Béarn, France. The property is near Pau, amongst the green and quiet hills of Bearn. There is a large flowered park, plus a large swimming pool. There is a fantastic view of the park and the green hillsides of Béarn. Wi-Fi internet is available from rooms and garden.
Our 18th century was transformed into a pleasant and comfortable house and It compises one 'Suite' and one 'Room' which are both comfortable and 'cosy'. We provide a generous breakfast to guests (glutten free on demand). We serve the breakfasts, either in front of the plate glass window opening on the park, or under the pergola. The breakfast consists of jams, cake , yahourt (all "homemade"), local cheese or ham.
THE ROOMS - In an independant wing of our barn typical of Béarn, we fitted out and decorated with care one 'Suite' of 40 m2 and one 'Room' both are comfortable and 'cosy' with a restful, peaceful mood. Each sleeps 2 people and includes a seating area and a private bathroom.
The decoration rests on soft, soothing tints, on old furniture, "brocante" items, paintings.
POOL AND GARDEN - The large pool enjoys views on Bearn's hillsides and is wonderful for relaxing or quickly refresing after hiking or walks. There is a shaded terrace dedicated to our Guests, great for quiet reading or a small picnic.
