Sleeping accommodations for 4 or 5 people:
- One bedroom, but an excellent double sofa bed in the living room.
- Extra bed for a young child.

The apartment is located a 6-8 minute walk from Benoit Beach in La Baule and Le Pouliguen Beach; 4 minutes from the authentic and family-friendly village of Le Pouliguen (shops, market, restaurants, bars, children's playground, woods, bike rental, etc.).

The oven is a combination microwave and conventional oven.
