Le Chalet du Moulin Blanc comprises 5 bedrooms and sleeps 11 people. The house is bordered with roses, honey suckle and shrubs.
The house is on the rural edge of Bergerac itself, also bordering the village La Conne, and as such is 5 minutes by car into the centre of Bergerac, where you will find countless restaurants and a picturesque, busy old town of probably about 25,000 population.
The house has all mod-cons, including dishwasher, washing machine, iron, coffee machine, microwave, radio, UK freesat TV and DVD.
There are outside lights to help enjoy the garden after dark on warm summer’s nights. The grounds are also bordered with trees, which makes it a safe and private haven for relaxing and lounging. There are 3.6 hectares of woodland including 150m of Dordogne river frontage where the owners have regularly seen a pair of kingfishers whilst fishing. You can go for long walks just in the grounds alone.
The pool is exclusive use, and we have Table Tennis, Badminton, Basketball and Swing ball. There is a sand pit and a trampoline with a safety enclosure.
It is located relatively close to Bordeaux (1.5hrs) and Toulouse (2.5hrs).
