This charming Brittany holiday house is located in a quiet neighbourhood and situated on a slope of a small valley of Saint Martin. With its original extension, this bright and spacious house offers you a very functional asset to the comfort of travel and family life.


On the ground floor you will find the main living area which is approximately 70 m² with kitchen, a dining area with table, sitting area with wood burning stove and, a bathroom and WC. The master bedroom is also found on the ground floor with a large double bed, shower and toilet. A small corridor will lead you to a second living area which is around 30 m² and you will find a TV, DVD player and stereo. This room also has access to the large outdoor terrace.

The kitchen area is fully equipped with everything you will require during your stay including oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator and coffee maker There is a washing machine, dryer and second fridge freezer down in the cellar. Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms (2 beds 140 * 190 and 1 bed 90 * 190), one with mezzanine, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. The additional staircase will send you our guest room with toilet, water room and an office area with large window that offers you light and beautiful views of the countryside and our valley (the distant mountains of arrée).


Outside the house you will find the beautiful garden which is split on different levels of lawn with a selection of flower spaces which are seperated by low walls. There is a playhouse and swings for the children to play during your stay.


The house is located in a very quiet area (close to shops) on the slope of a small valley of Saint Martin des Champs, near the town of Morlaix with its medieval architecture, bridge, and a selection of guided tours which include boat trips, guided walks and scenic hikes. Every day of the week, the market stalls throughout the region offer local products as well as seafood, cakes and pancakes.
