400 Year Old Stone House in Sisteron, Alpes de Haute Provence - Le Vieux Murier

Located near Sisteron, this wonderful stonehouse surrounded by nature enjoys a magnificent panorama of the mountains, the village of Sigoyer (3km) and the old Medieval castle. 

Over 400 years old, this Provençal country house has been entirely renovated and refitted specifically to welcome families and disabled people.

With a total surface of 75 m², the cottage offers 3 beautiful rooms. On the ground floor living room of 25m ² with dining room and sitting area, separate kitchen (7m ²), a room of 16m ² with 1 double bed (160x200) and a single bed (90x200), bathroom with shower the Italian and WC, the second bedroom upstairs (21 m²) with 1 double bed (140x90) and 2 single beds (90x190), bathroom and separate toilet. 

All rooms overlook beautiful private terraces and have direct access to the very large garden. Outside, the property benefits from a large private pool, outdoor lounge area, BBQ, Private parking, and childs´ swing and games. 

Vast and well shaded, (900m²) the garden is a place of relaxation and calm. Children can romp around and run freely (we are well off the road). 
The property sleeps 5-7 guests maximum. If a party consists of more than 5 guests, there is a supplement of 50 € p/p.

The surrounding area offers many activities:

- Nautical activities and watersports (swimming pools, rivers, lakes, lakes like Sere-Ponçon) and the beach is only an hour and a half distance.
