Villa des Thermes is a well appointed town house in the heart of Saint Jean d'Angely, just a short walk (250m) from the Mairie and centre of this pretty market town. We are offering our beautiful house for short breaks and longer term rentals throughout the year. Walk to shops, restaurants and bars, eat out every day or self-cater with the well equipped kitchen; visit the historic sights of the town or relax in the private walled garden, Villa Thermes is the perfect option.
The one storey villa has one bedroom with a full en-suite bathroom, a sitting room (with double sofa bed) plus a second shower room and toilet. There are two steps down to the fully equipped kitchen and a rear door leads out to the private walled garden (2 steps).
The house is registered as a 4* property for 2 adults sharing the king sized bed bed.
There is an internet television (55" in the sitting room and 32" in the bedroom) with apps for netflix, amazon prime, orange tv, france 24, tf1 etc, (bring your login details or create your own account to view) There is an amazon Alexa too.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, microwave, electric oven and 4 ring gas hob, toaster, dishwasher, kettle, Bosch tassimo coffee machine, Italien coffee press plus a laundry room with washing machine, iron, board and cleaning materials
On request the property can sleep an additional 2 people in either a double sofa bed located in the sitting room (additional cost per night) or on an occasional single bed ( one off fee for the stay) and a travel cot ( free of charge) for up to 2 adults or children sharing the sofa bed or 2 children in the single bed and cot. You cannot have the double sofa bed and the single bed as there is not sufficient space. Please contact us before reserving.

Villa des Thermes is rated 4* by the French tourist board. As well as all the essential items required for a comfortable self catering holiday our villa goes above and beyond.
With luxuries such as two walk in showers and a bath, a 55'' smart tv in the sitting room and a 32" smart tv in the bedroom, wifi throughout, Amazon Alexa and a gorgeous private walled garden, you won't want to leave!
Self-cater in the villas fully equipped kitchen with the fresh produce you have picked up from the market or eat out every day in a different restaurant, the choice is yours.
There is also a delightful private walled garden so you can just relax, read or plan your next day's adventures.
Open throughout the year, as well as for short breaks and longer summer holidays of a week or two, it is also available for longer stays of up to 90 nights during the low season.

Saint Jean d'Angély is a quaint market town located in the heart of the Charente Maritime region of western France. We are just an hour's drive from La Rochelle and Royan on the coast, 30 mins from Cognac with its distillery tours and Saintes with its Roman ampitheatre.
The town of Saint Jean d'Angély is also well connected, with access to the A10 motorway, a train station and La Rochelle, Bordeaux and Poitiers airports too.
