The house has just been completely renovated inside and outside. Guests have use of a pétanque area with boules and a ping-pong table. With all the comfort you want, it will allow you to spend a superb vacation with family or friends! This house is pleasant to live in, all set on one level.
This unobstructed house comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms offering all the comfort sought for an ideal holiday experience with family or friends.
A secure private swimming pool for children, with a pool house (kitchen area, shower and WC).
The kitchen is very well equipped, with a central island, a wine cellar and a US fridge, has a laundry room, with washing machine and dryer.
The house opens onto 2 terraces (one covered), overlooking the garden and the swimming pool, all facing south with a clear view of the vineyards and Gordes. The 2 terraces have tables for lunch in the sun or in the shade. A barbecue is at your disposal.
There are 2 sleeping areas on either side of the house. One includes a master suite with a bedroom (a 160 x 200 double bed), an adjoining bathroom and a dressing room. The other sleeping area includes two bedrooms with a double bed (160 x 200), as well as a bathroom. and a separate toilet.
The living / dining room is open facing south - west onto the garden, overlooking the swimming pool and the Mont du Luberon. It is equipped with a home cinema with a large remote-controlled screen and a high-quality wood-burning stove.
