This charming 4 bedroom riverside house rental with heated pool can accommodate up to 8 guests and is ideally situated just 9 kilometers south of the beautiful medieval town of Sarlat, in the Dordogne region of France. Our lovely Cenac-et-Saint-Julien holiday home is located close to all amenities and attractions and is one of the few houses with direct access to the Dordogne River. Ground Floor
Master bedroom and master bathroom with bath, separate shower and toilet, a
Double bedroom, Second bathroom with big shower, separate toilet and is also situated on this floor as well as a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
First Floor
A well equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave, oven, hob and also a dishwasher, a large dining room and living room with a satellite TV. There is a large partially covered veranda with table and chairs for outside dining.
Second Floor
Two spacious double bedrooms and a third bathroom with shower and a WC.
Activities that guests of all ages can enjoy locally include Canoeing, swimming and fishing, you could hire a canoe from any one of the many points signposted along the river, drift gently downstream, perhaps stopping at one of the many beaches to enjoy your picnic full of local produce purchased from one of the many local markets. Visit Sarlat with its internationally renowned medieval centre and vibrant Saturday market where you can buy anything from foie gras to lace, fresh fish to local arts and crafts. Other activities available locally include romantic hot air balloon rides, Boules, Cycling, Golf, horse riding at the local equestrian center, tennis, and a tree adventure park....
