The property comprises: a very stylish living room with access to the balcony, a fully equipped kitchen (with cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, Nespresso Coffee machine and all necessary utensils) a South facing balcony with gorgeous views over the Old Town - Le Suquet, Dining area with a wonderful set of table and chairs designed by Saarinen, Bedroom 1 - 2 twin beds or a double and ensuite, Bedroom 2 - 2 twin beds or a double and ensuite and Bedroom 3  - Single bed with ensuite. 
 
It is located a stones throw from Old Town Cannes and restaurants and bars are just around the corner in Le Suquet. Its´ Boulevard de la Croisette, curving along the coast, is lined with sandy beaches, upmarket boutiques and palatial hotels. It’s also home to the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès, a modern building complete with red carpet and Allée des Étoiles – Cannes’ walk of fame.
