3 Bedroom House Rental (Bungalow) St Laurent de la Salanque, Languedoc
A 3 bedroom detached house in South of France ideally located for the beach (4Km) or Pyrenees with skiing only 90 minutes door to door.
A home with a secure garden, 3 double bedrooms with 1 en suite shower.
A family home, which also benefits from the following:
Fully airconditioned, TV, DVD palyer with a slection of DVD's, CD player with a selection of CD's and Satellite TV with Basic package i.e. BBC, ITV etc. We are happy for our guests to use the other items left in the house and garage such as bikes, fishing rods, beach games, beach chairs, snorkelling equipment etc.
St Laurent is ideally located for any type of holiday, Winter or Summer, family or Singles.
Local sports include Windsurfing, Kite surfing, Sailing, Jet ski, Scuba diving, cycling, Boat hire, and fishing.
A little further there is white water rafting, rock climbing, river fishing, walking, moutain biking and skiing.
For the family there are busy beaches with lots to do and for people who prefer the quiet there are over 40km of peaceful beaches. Horse riding is also very popular and there are several local riding schools catering for younger children as well as water parks, fair grounds and dedicated cycle paths with no cars etc.
A car is essential for any holiday in this area. It is also ideal for motorbiking as some of the roads in the Pyrenees are amazing, the house is very secure for parking bikes out of view.

For the more discerning there are numerous Art galleries, museums and festivals. The largest wine producing region in France also has its benefits as the local caves (wine sellers) have a huge range and prices from €2 upwards per bottle.

Closest airport is Perpignan Rivesaltes (15 mins in car), however Carcassone is 1 hour by car and Girona and Montpellier are both 2 hours away.
There is a large secure garden with 2 patios, the upper patio has an outside table with 6 chairs and an electric awning for outside dining. There are games such as swing ball and petanque.
The washing machine is in the garage along with other outdoor apparatus for the beach, including 2 mountain bikes.
In the winter months there is skiing in the Pyrenees at Font Romeau only 90 minutes away and golf is also available in St Cyprien out of the summers heat. The mountains are also beautiful in the summer and great for walking and cycling.
