The idylic location provides privacy and calm, but only a short drive to St Tropez and Pampelonne beaches, on a scenic drive along the coast. There is a 'litoral' or coastal walk taking you to StTropez, or as far as Brégançon, where the summer presidantal palace is, if you are ready to hike the distance.

Villa Levant is available for holiday rental throughout the year. It is rented from Saturday to Saturday during the months of June, July and August and with flexible dates at other periods.

Situated to the West of the St Tropez Peninsula, just 10km from the heart of St Tropez, La Croix Valmer has a wonderful relaxed atmosphere. Villa Levant has stunning sea view over the mediterranean and the Iles d'Or, and private access to the beaches of Heraclée with its shaded beachside restaurants serving excellent fresh seafood and locally produced white and rose wines.5 mn driving to the centre of La Croix Valmer where you will be able to go to the Provencal market, enjoy a meal in one of the many local restaurants or enjoy a glass of rosé at the terrace of a bar while enjoying the sea view. great outdoors with fantastic countryside and spectacular walks to Cap Lardier along the coast and through the forests. There are over 220 hectares of nature reserves in addition to the many pretty beaches at Sylvabelle, Vergeron and Heraclee. The area is a haven of tranquillity on the Mediterranean while being only a few miles away from the trendy beaches of Pampelonne with the famous beach clubs like Club 55, Nikki Beach or Bagatelle, and 10mn from glitzy Saint Tropez and its mixture of quaint fishermen village and ultimate luxury is not far and you can enjoy a stroll on the harbour in less than 15mn. Have a coffee in Senequier, a meal in one of the many restaurants on the port or in the cobbled streets or party the night away in Opera, Gaio, Byblos or Les Caves du roi.
