Truly spectacular views of mountains and lake as these privately owned cabins are high on a ridge overlooking the Capcir Valley and ski runs nearby

Chalet has quaint 'Tiny House or Mountain Hut' appearance but we prioritise comfort! the apex is at approximately 1,800 Metres

Free parking Guests will arrange all their own insurances (see rental contract)

Free bus ( navette) to village, ski lifts, supermarkets, ski schools, new swimming pool/ spa (new Angleo spa and pools in village) and ski centre; pickup yards from door

Welcome basket with a few essentials

Owner will be onsite to welcome/ settle in guests

Resort has apx 45 pistes, (covering roughly 55 kms, 22 lifts, elevations 1,600-2,376 m  

Skiing, Equipment Hire, Walking Trails, Cycling, Nordic Walking, Spa and natural mountain sulphur baths nearby. Lake sports in summer and the natural environment has to be experienced to be believed; forests, lakes, trails, catalan villages and farms yet just a drive away from vineyards on the lower slopes; the best of french and spanish catalan culture! Wildlife and wild flowers fill the region with life and charm as the snows melt and skilled shepherds bring the animals back up the mountain to pasture. Many other activities available in the area; from tobogganing to horse riding depending on weather.

Ski Home (when snow permits)

You are surrounded by rustic charm; down to earth, back to the wilderness here. its often known as 'Little Canada' (pack cosy  & robust weather kit rather than bling!). Normally Les Angles is blessed with many days of sunshine as well as the snowfalls...once the sun pops up in front of your south facing sitting room in the morning you will revel in the scene before you. 

Airports: Barcelona, Toulouse; please check availability for smaller airports like Girona, Carcassonne, Perpignan. Winter equipment usually required for cars (snow chains etc.) but hired cars will often include these

Parking is free for these chalets 

Skiing all levels; often appeals to intermediate levels (there are challenging black runs and off piste) nice beginners area in the heart of the village. Even on the brilliant sunny days the runs can be maintained (with overnight snow cannons)

Good range of activity equipment available for hire in village

Lessons available  (all the usual levels; group, individual) with ski schools 

Village has weekly market with local produce; supermarkets, pharmacy, sports shops, cafes, restaurant, lovely traditional church, tourist office, souvenir shops, the wonderful new Spa "Angleo Balneo & Spa" https://angleo.com

Font Romeu nearby is a well known traditional french ski resort; La Molina along the valley is a Spanish ski resort. Best of both worlds in the Capcir and Cerdagne Valleys; along past La Molina is the wonderful Principality of Andorra. In the other direction is Perpignan and the mediterranean resorts. Through the Tunel del Cadí is a wonderful route to Barcelona; passing catalan villages and resorts to the south.

Rental conditions:
Prices from £680 pw plus refundable deposit. 
However during Christmas and New Year weeks we charge £1080 pw because there are extra costs to organise the rental (we cancel our plans! And travel there so you can have the best possible break)
There is a small charge for linen and we request a contribution to cleaning unless guests wish to clean the Chalet themselves.
