This charming 3 bedroom Vire house rental is ideally situated in the tranquil hamlet of Presles, yet just a short drive to the bustling market town of Vire. The picturesque, tranquil location of the property make it ideal for guests looking to get away from it all, yet want to be within easy reach of the many activities and attractions of this beautiful region of France.


The accommodation of our lovely Normandy home comprises of 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 with double beds and a third with twin beds and room for a travel cot. The bathroom has a bath, separate shower and a double basin, there is a separate WC. The lounge has 2 comfortable sofas, TV and DVD player, and a selection of books and films are provided. The house has a well equipped kitchen fitted with a dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle. In the basement there is a traditional wine cellar a washing machine and tumble dryer. The house features a large private enclosed garden with BBQ, table and chairs and plenty of space to relax, sunbathe or for children to play.


The local town of Vire offers a good selection of shops, restaurants, bars and plays host to a large weekly market on a Friday where you can purchase fantastic regional produce. Slightly further afield are the picturesque towns of Caen, the beautiful Mont St Michel and Bayeux. Beaches, fun parks, an alligator park and many other tourist attractions are all within an hour to an hour and half drive from the property. Other popular attractions within easy reach include the beautiful sandy beaches and secret coves of the Normandy coastline.
