Description of Property

This wonderful house is situated on the beach, in a quiet hamlet and accommodates 4 to 6 guests very comfortably. The property was originally constructed in the 30's and was reconstructed and reformed in 1998! It is situated in a wonderful pine forest.

Villa Hyeres boasts 3 terraces and the beach at the bottom of the garden! The sea is shallow, making it ideal for those with younger children. The property comprises 3 bedrooms, two with seaviews and a large shared terrace. The other bedroom is on the ground floor and has an en-suite bathroom with shower and WC. There is a separate WC. One of the bedrooms has a lovely spacious dressing room.

The rest of the property comprises a large dining room with seating for up to 6 guests and a lovely welcoming living room equipped with a television, HI-FI system, a telephone and internet access. The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, grill, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, coffee maker etc. The entire house is equipped with wifi and the telephone may be used for landline calls to France and abroad.

Outside there is a charming courtyard with a pergola and 500m2 of garden that directly overlooks the beach. The property has private parking space for up to two vehicles.

Guests will be able to enjoy barbecues using the Summer Kitchen, which is equipped with a barbecue and an electric griddle. There is also an outdoor shower, perfect for little ones coming in from the sandy beach!

We have two bicycles available for guests to use if they wish.

Shops and restaurants are 300 / 400m from the property. The village has a supermarket, vegetable shops, fruits, bakeries (2) butchers (2), bike rental, merchants d marine equipment, restaurants, boules etc

Villa Hyeres is located 25km from Toulon, 45km from Saint Tropez and 100km from Marseille.
