This lovely 4 bedroom house boasts stunning views towards both the mountains and the sea. It is perfectly situated on the edge of Vence (about 10 minutes level pavemented walk to the town).

The villa features a superb Infinity pool, heated and salt cleaned and fed by our own spring water. The beautiful mature gardens, include numerous outside seating areas, plus a wonderful, fully fitted summer kitchen. There is a boules court and table-tennis.

The villa is a fantastic place to relax, but also a great base from which to explore both the Riviera and the mountains. It is just a 25 minutes drive to Nice or Antibes, 30 minutes to Cannes, 40 minutes to Monte Carlo, but be sure also to make the most of Vence, with its beautiful old town, and to visit the world famous Matisse Chapel which is just 5 minutes walk from the house.

The living room (30ft x 15ft) has twin aspect views (mountain and sea) through large picture windows, and French doors which lead to a south facing terrace which stretches the full length of the house. During hotter days, the terrace is protected by two electric sun blinds. Steps from the terrace lead to beautiful mature gardens, with numerous orange, lemon and fig trees. There is a large summer kitchen, with 2 barbecues, crockery & cutlery, a dishwasher, a sink, light and power, and adjacent to the summer kitchen there is a large dining table and chairs under a vine covered pergola. Alongside this seating area is a trickling natural spring, and next to that a beautiful bougainvillea with magnificent purple blooms.

The beautiful infinity swimming pool is 11m by 5m, with views of the sea and the mountains. Pool heating is available by arrangement. There are numerous sun loungers, shades, etc.
The boules court is bordered by lavender and lemon bushes. For guests, there is ample space for 4 cars (further parking is easy just outside the driveway gates).
