La Villa D’Orb was a new build in 2006 and benefits from air conditioning in the bedrooms. The ground floor is of a modern open plan design and consists of the following:
The kitchen is hand made to a high specification with built in dishwasher, oven and state of the art extractor fan and electric hob. There is also a large fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine and an extensive range of kitchen utensils.

The living room/dining room consists of wooden furniture and has two leather settees – one of which converts into a double bed. The dining table comfortably seats 8 people. There is a portable CD player, an Ipod Docking station, a free to view Sky TV, a UK DVD player / basic games console with an assortment of DVDs and videos and a Sony Playstation 2 with some games.

The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite shower room. The WC is situated separately next to the bedroom providing easy access for guests as well as occupants of the master bedroom.

The upstairs floor consists of two bedrooms and one bathroom. Bedroom one has a double bed and bedroom two has twin beds, which can be converted into a double bed. Each bedroom has wardrobes, bedside cabinets and chests of drawers in each bedroom.
The family bathroom consists of a large shower cubicle, hand basin and toilet.
There is full central heating throughout and a modern portable gas heater in the living room.
There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the garage.

A range of outdoor furniture is provided, including a dining table and chairs on the terrace, loungers and umbrellas for the pool area. There is a wheeled barbecue on the terrace. The swimming pool measures 7 x 3.1m and has a depth of 1.5 m throughout. It can also be lit at night. There are a number of bikes in the garage for guest use and various outside activities. There is ample parking for several cars.

The countryside around the house offers many opportunities for pleasant walks or bike rides and in particular the River Orb is only 2 minutes walk, where it is possible to swim, picnic and fish. The town is a 1.0km walk offering a wide range of restaurants and bars.
The large historical town of Beziers is 30 minutes by car and the magnificent white-sanded Mediterranean beaches are approximately 40 minutes. There is a golf course about 15 minutes by car at Lamalou les Bains.
