Superbly presented Dordogne holiday rental cottage with a 9x4 metre terraced and floodlit pool, positioned on high ground and bordered by apple orchards, valleys and woodland. An idyllic and peaceful setting with outstanding valley views, while the cottage offers tranquillity and charm. The cottage is a perfect base to relax and/or explore the region with its varied programme of cultural events, exhibitions, markets, fairs and fétes.

The charming farmhouse kitchen is fitted out with all modern appliances, including table and chairs. The living room has comfy seating for 8 people and a wood burning fireplace. You’ll find a vast array of entertainment too. The dining area has comfortable seating for 8. The St Paul la Roche holiday house has lovely character featuresal and a beautiful spiral staircase. All rooms are equipped with ventilator fans and electric radiators. Kitchen and bathrooms with extractor fans.

In addition to the swimming pool you’ll find several terraced areas with table tennis, petanque, football, badminton and a large garden salon with seating for eight, two parasols, charcoal barbeques , garden furniture and sun loungers.

The market towns of Thiviers and St.Yrieix-la-perche are just 15 mins drive away. St.Yrieix-la perche, the nest of 'la Porcelaine de Limoges' will offer you anything you need like supermarkets, hospital, many shops, bars and restaurants.

The lovely town of Jumilhac le Grand with it's fantastic Chateaux is only 5 mins drive away and has a small shop, pharmacy, butchers, bakery and pharmacy.  there is also a bar and lovely restaraunt where you can dine in front of the chateaux.
