No booking fee.

A 25% deposit secures a reservation with the balance payable 8 weeks before rental commencement.

A refundable security bond of £500 is payable with the balance which is returned within 7 days of departure subject to a satisfactory inspection.

Included in the price:
Bed linen, bath towels and pool towels are provided and included in the price.
Tourist Tax 0.40c per person per night (applies to adults aged 18 and over).

Additional charges:
Heating is charged at an additional cost based on usage.

Pets are considered on an individual basis and charged at £50 each per booking plus an additional £250 security deposit. Terms and conditions apply.

Short break date changeover days are fully flexible and are only available as per the price table below.
During these dates stays of more than 7 nights are welcome, extra nights charged on a pro rata basis.

Local Attractions
The kitchen/living room doors open onto the sunny patio over looking the tranquil, good-sized garden and private 6.5 x 4m kidney shaped swimming pool. A further lawned area beyond the pool provides space for children to play games. The whole garden is fenced and gated.

The pool has an alarm and is also fenced with a screen type “gate” to help make it a more secure area for younger children. The pool depth is all one level of 1.25m and has walk in steps (step 1 – 16cm, step 2 – 41cm, step 3 – 67cm).
