We can accept payments by cheque or bank transfer in GBP.
Rentals during the winter will incur additional electricity charges for electricity used.
Well-behaved dogs are allowed (maximum 3).
Guests are requested to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition ready for the next guests.
A cleaning service is available, if required, at a cost of 70 Euros which would be payable locally to our agent.
Please advise when booking if you require this service.
25% deposit with booking. Remainder to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. Breakage deposit £150 (200 euros) to be paid on arrival at the cottage to our agent (returnable on departure).
