LONG TERM LETS PREFERABLE - CONTACT FOR DETAILS / PRICES
Our property was once a small farm. The remaining buildings surround the old courtyard which is dominated by a magnificent lime tree originally planted to provide shade. Our house and 2 barns form 3 sides of the courtyard. The piggery on the fourth side has been converted into 2 spacious semi-detached gîtes, each sleeping 6 people. One gîte still contains the old bread oven in the kitchen and a spring (currently dry) once bubbled outside the other gîte, hence the names - Breadoven & Spring.
If rented together, connecting doors both upstairs and downstairs can be opened making one large property sleeping up to 12.
Outside there are 2 acres of grounds. A private 10m x 5m swimming pool is shared by the 2 gîtes together with the enclosed barbecue courtyard and the games barn, equipped with pool and table tennis tables.
Accomodation is available all season.
Our nearest town is St Yrieix-la-Perche is a 10 minute drive away and has a full range of amenities.
