The Manoir is the main house and benefits from its own private parking, entrance, garden and swimming pool to the rear and overlooks the shared courtyard to the front. Built around the 17th century the renovaions have retained its natural rustic charm with many original features including classic oak beams, pigeonnier tower, stone sinks and a walnut staircase running to the first and second floors.

The Manoir comfortably accommodates ten guests in five large bedrooms. There is a fully fitted kitchen with range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a breakfast table. From the kitchen a few stairs lead to the open plan dining and lounge area. There is a large oak table seating up to 14 guests with a huge wood burning stove. The comfortable lounge area is a clam space for groups to rest and relax. The staircase leads to the first floor where there is a second sitting area with a second wood burning stove. There is a TV with DVD player and a large selection of films. Along the landing is a large double bedroom with a king-size bed and a seperate bathroom with a full-sized bath with glazed screen shower, handbasin and WC. A further twin bedroom opens onto the small outside terrace with table and chairs overlooking the courtyard giving far reaching views over fields and woodland.

The staircase then leads up onto the second floor where the second large double room with a French style double bed is found.  There is another twin bedroom along the landing and a further twin bedroom which is in the pigeonnier tower overlooking fields. There is a second shower room with handbasin and WC. Traditional shutters are fitted to most windows.

Outside to the rear of the Manoir a fenced private pool (9m x 5m) which is surrounded by grass and has the benefit of full sunshine. There are plenty of shrubs with mature trees creating a welcome shaded area for guests to relax.
