We are located in the heart of the Herault Valley in the Languedoc region, close to Pezenas and the sunny Mediterranean beaches just 25km away. There is a wealth of cultural and sporting activities to keep any holidaymaker entertained.

St. Ferreol offers 6 superb, fully independent, self catering villas available for rental throughout the year. Each property offers a unique blend of traditional Languedoc character coupled with all the luxurious comforts of home. The villas have been carefully restored, yet retain many of their original features from the heavily beamed ceilings to exposed stone walls. They are suitable for couples, families and larger groups. Each villa boasts its own private entrance and sundrenched garden with a BBQ and garden furniture ideal for al fresco dining. Each living room has French doors that open out onto private gardens creating a light and pleasant atmosphere. There is also Wifi access and a TV and DVD player in each home.


Le Caveau Sleeps 6 in 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms This lovely villa provides spacious accommodation with excellent views of the surrounding vineyards. Large French windows outlook onto the charming fruit and flower gardens of the estate.

DOWNSTAIRS: Large lounge with integral fully equipped kitchen and dining area for up to 6 people. The decor has an abundance of character and local Provencal materials have been used throughout to provide a fantastic country home feel. The lounge comprises large comfortable sofa plus a sofa bed and several armchairs, TV & DVD, a CD music centre - ideal for relaxing. There is also a twin bedroom with a bathroom. The kitchen is very well equipped with cooker, hob, extractor hood, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher and plenty of storage space.

UPSTAIRS: a large landing, great for a kids play area and 2 very spacious bedrooms (one double and one twin) However, beds and cots can easily be added if necessary. The family bathroom that has been built to a high standard with separate shower and bath, wc and wash handbasin.

A short walk across the courtyard takes you into the large shady Park with a children's play area under the mature trees, with swings, slide, climbing frame, table tennis, sandpit, 14ft trampoline and a fantastic new treetop playhouse. Beyond is the spacious landscaped pool area, fully secured with a fantastic 13 x 6m swimming pool. Surrounded by a paved seating area with an abundance of sun loungers it is a perfect place to relax and unwind. There are also plenty of pool toys in the pool house for all children to use and have fun.
