Alongside the property is an 11m x 5.5m swimming pool and also a games room. In all directions the views are stunning. It is quiet and peaceful throughout the year!
Le Coin Perdu (Gîte 1) - For up to four or six persons (2 Bedrooms)
The accommodation is all on one level, comprising: a living/dining room, kitchen area, two bedrooms, a laundry room and outside patio. Decoration is in the local style with massive oak beams.
Bedroom No. 1 has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, wash-basin and WC. The view from the window is of the fields and trees at the rear of the property. Bedroom No.2 is twin-bedded and the view is of the swimming pool and the fields and woods of the valley beyond. There is a second shower room with WC.
The lounge/dining room is fully equipped and furnished with comfortable easy chairs and a traditional oak table seating six. There is a TV with video/DVD and HiFi. The kitchen equipment includes a full size electric oven, with gas hob unit, refrigerator, dish washer, microwave oven, plenty of crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots and pans and enough utensils and gadgets for some serious cooking. The laundry room contains a washing machine, clothes airer, iron and ironing board. There are electric radiators in every room.
Wide French doors lead out from the living room onto a patio area under an oak pergola covered by a grapevine. There is a wooden table with 4 chairs. Other equipment includes a barbeque and sun loungers. This is a lovely private and peaceful spot ideal for eating and afternoon dozing. The views are stunning.
Parking is under a large Chestnut Tree. Nearby, through a small gate, a path leads off into the woods.
