The accommodation has been designed with families in mind. There is a spacious mezzanine bedroom/playroom and a well-equipped play area outside with swings, slide and a playhouse – all within an enclosed garden. There is also numerous baby and toddlers' equipment including a cot, a highchair, a bath, potty, kids' crockery + cutlery, a stair gate, bed barriers and plenty of books, DVDs, toys and games.
Also suitable for couples with a master bedroom with a king-size bed on the ground-floor. This is conveniently located next to the bathroom with large shower.
The spacious bedroom on the mezzanine level has a second double bed and 2 single beds + a cot.
The living room is equipped with a comfy sofa and armchairs and a TV/DVD player. The kitchen is fitted with all modern appliances and has a dining table for 6 guests. The living room area leads out onto the patio, which has garden furniture including 2 sun loungers with cushions, a table, 6 chairs and a barbecue.
Brionne, 2 miles away, has a twice-weekly colourful market (Sundays + Thursdays). You’ll be tempted by local produce including: local cheeses, fresh fish, seafood or chicken roasted on the spit. There's a leisure and sports area set by a lake where you can swim, fish, play tennis, crazy golf, hire a peddle boat or a canoe, cook your own food in the barbecue area or just relax under the trees while your children play on the sandy beach. For your convenience here, in this small town, you’ll also find two supermarkets, banks, chemists, restaurants and terrace cafés.

A £200 deposit is required at the time of booking.
Prices shown are for 2 people sharing the master bedroom on ground floor. Additional guests : £5/person/night. Babies up to 12 months : free.
Bookings are usually from 4pm to 10am, but if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later this may be possible, depending on our other guests departures + arrivals. Please check with us.
Cleaning Fee 60€ (sixty euros)
House and bed linen provided including sheets, quilt covers, pillowcases, tablecloths, tea towels, shower mat. Towels provided.
Welcome Pack including all you need to make coffee or tea on arrival + fresh eggs (from our hens when they oblige) + a local surprise. We also provide "Basic Essential Starters": salt + pepper, soap, washing-up liquid, dish-washer + washing machine tablets, kitchen towels, toilet paper etc..
Your first breakfast is provided for all stays of 5 nights or more.
