• Gas, electricity, fuel and linen included
• A deposit of 20% for each week of letting is required at the time of booking.
• The final payment together with the refundable breakages £900 deposit is due 8 weeks before the letting.
• If the full payment is not received by the due date, the company may cancel the reservation. On any cancellation by the guest or the company, the deposit will be retained and the guest will remain liable to pay the balance of rent unless the company is able to re-let the property.
• Guests are strongly advised to arrange comprehensive travel insurance, including cancellation cover at the time of booking.
• No pets please!
• Guests are asked to leave their apartments clean on departure. Cleaning can be arranged for an additional charge.

The tranquil valley of Bussas offers a perfect retreat. It is in the heart of the Cevennes, an area of unspoilt beauty and outstanding wild life. Walkers and mountain bikers can enjoy the trails through the hills and the majestic scenery stretching towards the Mediterranean to the south and the Massif Central to the north.

The resident caretaker and his wife look after the property and show guests to their apartments on arrival. They have an organic garden providing fresh vegetables. They can also offer baby-sitting and extra cleaning by arrangement.
