Local Attractions
Enjoy a stroll through the interesting and colourful street-markets to stock up on the fresh local produce.
GAILLAC, LISLE SUR TARN and RABASTENS through their typically fortified architecture will give you a taste of the middle ages with their handsome brick façades, half-timbered houses, and arcaded town squares.
Some of the best vineyards are to be found in the GAILLAC region, one of the oldest wine producing areas in France, originally planted by the Romans. We recommend some great wine tasting tours, sampling GAILLAC high quality wines.
Beyond the GAILLAC vineyards, and their gently undulating hills, hikers will take pleasure in walking through the large forests of the Grésigne and Sivens.
