Wonderful Holiday House with Views Over Gulf of Saint Tropez, Les Issambres, Provence, France


Beautiful 5 bedroom house which enjoys lovely views of the sea and the gulf of Saint Tropez. Its a comfortable property in a superb and peaceful location. The villa is at the top on the hill, just 1km from the sea. You can bathe in the attractive creeks of Issambres. Guests have the possibility of spending the day and to take all the meals under the arbour at the edge of the swimming pool. There is also a barbecue.

Accommodation facilities: 5 bedrooms including 4 double beds, 2 single beds. Each bedroom has quality new bedding and is very bright. There are 3 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, 2 cookings(kitchens), dining rooms lounges(shows) terraces.
The living area is very pleasant.

The swimming pool is 15 x 5m and has its own alarm. The PH level is regularly adjusted by a swimming pool specialist who comes on every Monday morning.

Privative parking lot for 2 cars.

Upon your arrival you will find in the refrigerator some drinks (waters and rosé wine) and foodstuffs(commodities) to prepare a light dinner before taking a rest deserved well after a long journey.

All the businesses, the banks and the post office are in 2km, supermarkets in 5km

The first sandy beach, attractive and shaded, is next to the businesses.

Saint Tropez is reachable either by car (23km, or by boats-shuttles regular since the Port(Bearing) of Issambres: travel time 25 minutes.

The Golf of Roquebrune is 10km away. Haven of peace, he proposes you a natural route. Route(course) approved by the FFG in 18 holes.
It is classified Golf 5 stars in France.
