Located on Porquerolles Island in the Var, recently built villa, surrounded by open countryside, set in a large garden, specially calm, with spacious terraces, 400 m (1,300 ft) from the village and 1.5km (about one mile) from the beaches. Beautiful views, not far from woods, beaches and cliffs, wonderfull opportunities for strolls and bike rides around the island.
The house, made up of two separate ground level apartments (accommodating eight and four guests respectively), can be occupied in its entirety or separately: the two communicating sitting rooms are separated by two soundproof doors. Thus it is possible to rent one of the two apartments or the complete villa if both parts are not already rented.
Cleaning is optional, by yourself or 95 euros for the 1st house and 70€ for the smaller house.
