Holiday Barn Rental in Reyrevignes, Nr Figeac, Lot, France

Grange de Rey is a beautiful, newly-renovated barn, dating back 200 years and set in breathtaking countryside in the heart of rural France. It has been sympathetically restored so that much of the old charm has been retained and it is situated in open countryside with a working farm nearby. A 15 minute drive brings you to the medieval market town of Figeac. The barn is situated on a hillside and has stunning views to the south west. Local activities include canoeing, golf, walking, cycling, horse riding, sightseeing, water park, caves, chateau’s, farmers markets and great selection of food! To help ensure a “fast-start” to a great holiday we have drawn on our years of experiences and knowledge of holidaying in the region to create a comprehensive Holiday Information Pack. This includes many recommendations on things to do and places to see. For example, using our guide to local restaurants you can be confident you get great value for money in the most welcoming restaurants in the area. Similarly, we also guide you to the best of the sports facilities (tennis, golf, boules), fun parks, tourist attractions, water sports (waterski, canoeing), places of historic interest, wine tasting, cycling, local walks and even hiking, for the truly adventurous amongst our guests. A valuable ‘how to’ on the area so you can be “on-holiday” from the moment you arrive.

Bedrooms:
On the ground floor, bedroom 1 has a king-size double bed. Bedroom 2 has a king-size double bed. Bedroom 3 has twin single beds.

On the first floor, bedroom 4 and 5 each have twin single beds, two of which have a pull-out beds underneath.

Bathrooms:
Bedroom 1 has an en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have en suite shower rooms. Bedrooms 4 and 5 share a family bathroom on the ground floor.

The kitchen has double fridge/freezers, double electric ovens/grills, a 5-ring gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and a wide selection of utensils, crockery and silverware.

Utility Room:
On the ground floor, the utility room houses the washing machine, vacuum cleaner and other cleaning items.

Living Rooms:
The primary feature on the first floor is the large communal living, dining and kitchen area with cathedral ceilings revealing the original oak beams and stone work. The communal living area has a large picture window which opens to the "abri du jardin"

The abri is a popular addition to many properties in the area and is effectively a conservatory where the glass windows are replaced with patio screen, excluding flying insects and allowing for alfresco dining with extensive views of the countryside.

Oustide, guests have use of the Barbecue, Private Pool, Parking and Garden.

- £800 (Euros 1000) per week during the period July 2nd 2016 to July 16 2016.

- £1200 (1600) per week from July 16 2016 until Sept 3rd 2016.

- £600 (Euros 800)per week from Sept 3rd to Oct 1st 2016
