The property boasts a large living area, 2 double en suite bedrooms and enjoys superb views of the Esterels from its beautiful south facing garden. The spacious lounge / dining area and well equipped kitchen open out onto a charming shaded terrace, rear garden and the private swimming pool – the garden is lawned and safe for children to play, plus there is a pool security system. The terrace is fully furnished with ample furniture and BBQ, and is ideal for al fresco dining and relaxing. In addition, guests will enjoy comfortable lounge seating, an open fireplace, large dining table, TV, music system and DVD player. Our Mezzanine floor is accessed via a spiral staircase, and has 2 Futon's suitable to accommodate older children. The villa has WiFi internet connection with Office Desk & Printer/Scanner. There is an additional Utility room with Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Ironing & further storage space. The villa is air-conditioned throughout.
