Situated in a gated, private and beautifully landscaped garden setting, this 1 bedroom holiday rental apartment is approximately 60m2. The apartment complex has its own private swimming pool which is exclusively for use by the residents; our guests will also have free access to our own secure parking space whilst staying at the apartment.
The apartment is south facing with a very bright and sunny terrace. It boasts stunning views across the Bay of Villefranche, the beautiful coastline and the mountains behind.
It comprises a double bed, a large wardrobe and bedside tables can be found in the bedroom. The spacious lounge area is approximately (24m2) with all of your home comforts, There are two large double sofa beds, coffee table, stereo system, TV with DVD player and satellite / cable channels. The kitchen is separate and is well equipped, with its grill, 4 ring stove, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, and dishes & utensils. An ideal place for preparing a meal in the apartment or outside on the terrace. A separate toilet, a shower enclosure and bidet can be found in the modern style bathroom.
The nearest beach / marina can be reached in just a five minutes’ walk from the apartment. The Old town of Villefranche-Sur-Mer can be reached by a 10 minute walk along the castle sea wall where ours guests will be able to enjoy the beautiful views across the bay towards Cap De Ferrat. With its small fishing port and the long sandy beach which is great for swimming, the town also offers its guest a fantastic selection of restraunts to suit all tastes and budgets. From early, to approx 4pm in the afternoon, each and every Sunday morning there is an interesting antiques market held in the centre of the Village . There is jewellery and antiques market held in the old town of Villefranche which is just 5 minutes walk further down to the waters edge.
